The Foundation operates as a legally registered non-profit organization with its headquarters in Bayelsa State, Nigeria.

2. Aims & Objectives

The Foundation is established exclusively for humanitarian, educational, and social welfare purposes:

  • Provide assistance and relief to less privileged and vulnerable members of society
  • Award scholarships and educational support to deserving students
  • Organize outreach programs for orphanages and motherless babies' homes
  • Hold annual charity visitation every September 12th with comprehensive welfare support
  • Partner with individuals, government agencies, and organizations for charitable advancement
  • Raise funds through donations, grants, and fundraising activities

3. Governance Structure

Board of Trustees: 2-10 persons of proven integrity governing policy and oversight

Executive Council: Managing day-to-day operations

4. Powers & Operations

For the attainment of its objectives, the Foundation has power to:

  • Solicit and accept donations, gifts, and grants
  • Own, lease, or acquire properties for charitable use
  • Open and operate bank accounts
  • Employ staff and engage volunteers
  • Enter into partnerships and collaborations with other organizations

5. Meetings & Financial Management

Meetings:

  • Annual General Meeting for reviewing activities and planning
  • Quarterly meetings for project planning and evaluation
  • Special meetings as needed by Chairperson or majority of Trustees

Financial Management:

  • All funds applied solely towards Foundation objectives
  • Proper accounting records maintained and audited annually
  • Bank withdrawals require signatures of any two authorized signatories

September 12th Annual Event: Our flagship charity visitation to motherless babies' homes, providing:

  • Food, clothing, and essential supplies
  • Educational materials and toys
